CRUK 4 Year PhD Studentship Recruitment 2021

We have an exciting opportunity within the Leukaemia Biology group for a CRUK 4 year PhD Studentship  commencing Autumn 2021

Due to the current pandemic and in the interests of safety, our PhD interviews will be held virtually (zoom).

CRITERIA

Applications are welcome from UK, EU and International students who should hold, or be expected to graduate with a First or minimum upper-second class undergraduate degree and a Masters level and/or other laboratory research experience in leukaemia or cancer in a related subject area from a recognised University establishment.  A Master's degree is not a conditional requirement in making an application.

The CRUK Manchester Institute is currently located over two sites at the Manchester Cancer Research Centre and our temporary site at Alderley Park, Cheshire until our new research facilities are re-established on our former site in Withington, South Manchester next to the The Christie NHS Foundation Trust.  This studentship is based at the Manchester Cancer Research Centre, Oglesby Cancer Research Building.

Our CRUK PhD studentships are inclusive of home/international tuition fees for the duration of the programme and you are therefore not expected to contribute if you are successful and offered a 4 Year PhD studentship.
