About Richard Reeves

Richard is an experienced computational biologist and has substantial experience in single-cell RNA-Seq analysis and also handles some spatial transcriptomics projects. In addition to his expertise in bulk RNA-Sequencing, he also handles variant calling from Whole Genome low pass DNA-Seq data sets, particularly to call copy number events and to conduct protein-DNA binding studies using ChIP-Seq. Recently, Richards’s expertise has expanded to include Metagenomics and 3D genomics studies, and he is now in charge of metagenomics and 3D genomics data analysis projects.
