Robert Sellers
Principal Computational Biologist
About Robert Sellers
Robert is a senior member of team and is a highly skilled computational biologist with expertise across a wide range of areas, such as Bulk-RNA and DNA sequencing, including variant calling, large structural variants and copy number calling. His expertise extends to single-cell technologies, encompassing single-cell RNA-Seq, single-cell Multiome (combined assays of RNA and open chromatin modifications by ATAC-Seq), multi-modal RNA-Seq such as RNA and Antibody-derived Tags (ADT) cell surface protein libraries. At the spatial level, he has substantial experience in spatial transcriptomics, spatial proteomics (CODEX, mIF, mIHC), and some experience in image analysis such as Hyperion images.
